This was my first and only visit to this subway. It's bad enough that half their products are not in stock, their workers are subpar at best. I placed an order online and half of the items I requested weren't included. The roll was old and fell apart within 10 minutes of getting it. Even after complaining to management, they took it with a grain of salt. The sandwich wasn't even edible so I threw it away IN THE RESTAURANT because management refused to take it back and make a new one knowing very well the sandwich was improperly made. To make matters worse, the manager on duty at the time (older woman), didn't even offer to compensate or refund the inedible sandwich. This is the quality of Subway and unfortunately, will never get my business again not will I recommend it to anyone in the future. Jimmy Johns may be a little more expensive but at least their foods are fresh.
Lettuce was brown, roll was hard and old, parmesan cheese was so overloaded you needed a gallon of water to re-hydrate you after each bite, there was no pickles, no peppers, barely any sweet onion sauce..

I tried to get 6.99 sub deal offered on the app. I was unsure how to use app and asked the only person there her name was Ty, that if it did not go thru properly if it could be canceled. It went thru at 14.03. I asked her to refund it. She said no. I said go ahead and make my sandwich and I would get with management Monday about a refund. She refused to make my sandwich, give me my receipt or my refund. I had to call the police. Police got me my receipt, said Ty would make my sandwich. I said I did not want the sandwich (I was afraid of what she would do to it after that). I filed a police report and filed a complaint with Subway corruption, no response from corruption. I did dispute the charge with my credit card and they got confirmation that I had not received my sandwich and issued a refund. Just FYI, I like Subway sandwiches and eat at Subway often, I used the app one time before and had no issues (it was at a different location). I enjoy Subway just not...

Then after the lady I told showed her manager Amber, Amber had the girl tell me it was just part of the seasoning I made the statement that I have never had a hair in my seasoning and I have gotten the same thing everytime I have been to a Subway. Then Amber, the manger went on defense and got hatful, and she angrily threw the sandwich in the trash and waited until I was back at my table to ask if I wanted another one and I told her I didn’t if it was gonna have a hair in it and she again got more hateful and said that maybe I just shouldn’t get the Italian Herb.
