I am not happy to have to write this review. When I was first introduced to Flood's nursery last year (May 2017), I was impressed with their corner lot and curb appeal. I went in and purchased a bunch of evergreen trees and shrubs. They were unable to plant them and were booking 3 weeks out, but after some pushing, was referred to Brian, who may or may not work there and does jobs on the side. For a VERY high fee, he installed the trees within 1 weeks of delivery. No sooner than September/October did I notice that a fair amount of these trees and shrubs were dying. Debbie was apologetic initially and offered to come inspect them. She NEVER followed through and nothing was ever resolved. I spent months and months calling them as I am not local full time. Debbie kept pushing me off and it was impossible to speak to anyone else bc the calls are automatically forwarded to her cell phone. Finally, nearly 1 year later I get in touch with Mary Ellen, one of the owners of Flood's nursery. After thanking her for taking the call she very unapologetically told me tough luck and they did not install the trees, therefore they do not warranty them. Her tone and tack was very nasty and condescending and I would recommend visit another nursery on the road. This nursery does not deserve your business no matter how big or...
Read moreI was very hesitant to visit Flood's Nursery because of the reviews. I was expecting attitude and unkind ppl that wont help me with my landscaping project (I needed a lot of help bc I didn't know which plant was deer resistant). My heart was racing as I asked a very tall girl (Emerald) for help. To my surprise I was greeted warmly and she was very knowledgable of deer resistant plants. After making my very large purchase, I was greeted by Debbie a very energetic, kind, lady that showed me a few more plants. Omg she made me laugh so much! SHE MADE MY DAY! 🤷🏽♀️ I guess dont judge a book by the reviews. Lol Thank you so much Debbie. I cant wait to come back and get more things once you're there! ( I'm smiling as...

My go-to place for bread, eggs, meat, granola bars, sweets, soda and now wine from Broken Willow! Always friendly faces from staff, and customers, too. Very welcoming and understanding with my mom who has dementia. And thanks for staying open all year round. I need my Jennifer fix! A place where everybody knows your name, and they’re always...
