I am absolutely astounded by the work ethic, kindness, heart and dedication of Kait at Olds Floral & Design! I contacted her less than a week before my wedding to see if she could make me a bridal bouquet (knowing that my chances of getting one on that short of notice was next to 0) and she MADE IT HAPPEN! I think flowers are absolutely beautiful and I love them but I was torn up until the last minute on whether I truly wanted them for my wedding as it was a winter wedding and the expense was something I wasn’t sure I could commit to. I finally decided I at least wanted a bouquet for myself and sent pictures to Kait of what I was looking for. There were a couple cuts she told me she wouldn’t be able to get because of the season, but low and behold she created the most beautiful bouquet that was STILL EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED! Regardless of the seasonal issue she somehow still made the bouquet of my dreams. I can’t thank her enough and HIGHLY recommend everyone get their flowers through Olds Floral & Design. This was a $50 bouquet I purchased in October (2023). Thinking that the size of the bouquet was a bit small for the money I inquired about how much per stem roses were. The clerk replied with $6/ rose.

A pretty anemic arrangement for the money for someone experienced with purchasing custom flower arrangements.

We tried reaching out (with pictures) to both social media accounts (Instagram, facebook) to check for a possible error. No one replied or responded. It’s one thing to accidentally overcharge but it’s another to completely ignore customers.

Absolutely Wonderful! My Graphic Designer who is amazing lives in Kingsley and we were working on a wicked tight deadline back and forth proofing for our new issue of Baylife Magazine ... and I decided to send her flowers at 12.30 to thank her...
