RIP OFF, I would check with my satellite provider before you call them, to see what the true charge is before you call them, there was a fire at our camp ground which burnt our camper to the ground, we called Beasley's they said there would be a charge for the box of 75.00 and that would be it, and we could go on hold for a few months until we got another and was ready to turn it back on, WE called DISH to go on hold and the box was no charge and sent us a new one, three months later and with our new box we called Beasley's to set up a time for install, they now tell me that it will be 149.00 for the dish and 90.00 for install, REALLY!!?? we called DISH back and they are sending one of there Tech"s out for the install at no charge, I believe in paying a man for his work.... " labor" I can see, don't tell me one thing and then switch to another to get more money. BEASLEY's by the way the damn camp ground is full of old and new Satellite's not being used all over the place. I will pay the money to get out of the contract before I pay you, CUSTOMER...

Please be warned before using this company, as choosing them was the worst business decision we have ever made in all our many years. Unreliable service and communication, untruthful office staff, and completely uncaring owners. They only excel at passive aggressive behavior, denial, and defensive responses to accurate criticisms. We wanted to switch satellite providers at our river house. It was great to actually have people assist us with this. Very nice local business owners who are there for us customers. NOT ON THE PHONE ORDER. It is comforting to know they are there if we need them....
