I moved from Rochester Hills, MI last September 2013. My Husband and I have been going to Huddle House since we moved. We love the Huddle House. Tonight September 3, 2014, my Son who was visiting from MI treated me to dinner at the Huddle House. We came in there were only a few patrons, we were waited on as usual, but Huddle House got very busy with carry outs and patrons. There was only one cook and one waitress. The waitress informed me that they were fully staffed. We waited for our food for over half hour; then to find out after I asked about our order that our food was not even started. The waitress a blonde woman had our order mixed up and had a very hard time with the register in ringing patrons up; she was at the register for almost and a half hour. The cook had to find our order and make it but gave us the wrong order because the waitress had it mixed up, We had to inform the cook that our order was wrong but accepted it as is and get my waffle and my sons French toast that was forgotten. We did pay for what we ordered but the biscuit and gravy and has browns that were mistakenly given we took home. Now the Owners of Huddle House should reevaluate the waitress and make sure there is always 2 waitresses at 7pm. It was clearly the Huddle House was not staffed appropriately. That night was a total mess and this situation should never ever happen again; because the Huddle House could lose customers even by word...
Read moreIt was between 12 to 1pm that we came in at huddle house in Paris, Tn, today July 4, 2025, i was with my husband a 74 yrs old vietnam veteran with a hearing disability(he left his hearing aid at home). We looked at the menu and ordered our drinks and asked for a few minutes to decide what food to order. I ordered 1st and then the server asked my husband what he will order, since he had a hard time deciding the server asked if he is ready to order or he needs a moment. My husband misheard her..(are you ready to order or you need a momma?) To which he answered, "we just need a respect" immediately the server answered in a loud voice... i am not going to served you, she walked away for a moment and came back and told my husband that she is not serving us. That is outright cruel, we are both diabetics from Jackson and we were hungry and your huddle house in paris wont served us, because of a mere misunderstanding... instead of clarifying the situation she turned us away immediately. I'd like to suggest a re evaluation and re training of your server, she really don't have the manners and respect for a paying customer.

Read moreI’m never one to post reviews , but we went this morning for breakfast they were busy and we completely understood we waited patiently. Finally after 15/20 min of being seated they finally took our drink order (again totally understand) waited another 15 min for our drinks to be dropped off at our table and we finally got to order. Everything was fine except drinks never got refilled until we got our order (about 30 /45 min waiting after placing the order) then we started eating. I had gotten the stuffed hash browns and so did someone else in our party of 5, both of us had raw sausage, it was still pink. We had told our server she said she was very sorry about that and stated to “pick it out” and took them off our ticket but again like I said I completely understand being busy but you would think the food would at least be warm because the other people in our party had cold/ lukewarm food. I was very disappointed in our food being 9 months pregnant I definitely wasn’t happy about being served raw food just as anyone else would’ve...
