I called at about 6:00 the morning my heat went out and left a meaaage on the after hours recording. I waited until the office was open and called to get an estimate of what time if any that somebody could come out and diagnose the problem. I was told they would be right out. They quickly diagnosed the problem and went to Jackson to get the part needed to get my heat going again and they returned to put the part on and I had heat by the end of the day. This was way better than I had hoped for. I appreciate the friendly voice on the phone, Jennifer Scarborough, who made me feel well taken care of and as always, I appreciate the technicians who will come out any day, any hour to get our heating or cooling running again. I decided to go with Mid-America for some replacement HVAC ductwork in my home. It required some new sheet metal ducting to tie into the old ductwork and a bit of customizing of the old system. I had gotten other bids, but Mid-America seemed the most knowledgeable and made suggestions for common-sense solutions to some areas that needed revision. They also proposed more ducting for a complete job at much less of a price than the closest other bid. Their crew was very professional. I am retired and often checked their work progress. It was clear that the men performing the work were committed to quality, and I was impressed. I highly recommend Mid-America Refrigeration and will be using them for all my HVAC needs...

I am awfully glad I found Mid America Refridgeration. 10star rating the other heating and cooling service in this area DON'T MEASURE UP or even get close to Mid America Refrideration,and I will be telling everyone how extremely HAPPY!!!!!!!
