This was my first time here and I have to ask myself, why have I not been here yet before?! I absolutely love tap houses! They are such a great way to explore so many different types and styles of beers from everywhere! I fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in! I was greeted right away and when I told the bartender I lived close by and this was my first time in, he immediately Welcomed me and started asking what beers I like! That's some great service! From there he gave me a taster of the Pineapple Velvet beer and, I absolutely loved it! I said I'd be back after buying some groceries and, I had to go back! The place itself is very clean and the atmosphere was awesome and relaxing! You do need to wear a mask indoors until you get to your table. There is hand sanitizer available as well. The staff is great, very friendly! The bathrooms are clean and organized! They do have a large patio, and it's right next to South Garden Inn II but don't let that fool you, Parker Pour House does have the patio! They also serve really good food ranging from charcuterie boards to sandwiches! Tonight they had a live band called Shady McCree which we enjoyed very much! We got to meet the owner, Aaron, and that was also really cool! Definitely come check this place out, have a few beers and come to the upcoming events they have, trust me, you'll have a great time drinking good beer and...
Read moreMy wife and I were out on a Sunday afternoon, and after not eating all day, decided on somewhere new where we could get a beer. This place has a friendly "neighborhood " bar atmosphere, Ben, came over and greeted us and helped with the menu and beers on tap once we informed him it was our first time. This is a beer spot, so it's not a place where you should expect a huge menu. The food menu is short but offers a variety of options from Pretzel Bites to Charcuterie Boards to a variety of sandwiches. We both decided on the Sandwich of the Month (the rueben - March 2023). The sandwich was good but not great. Not what you expect for a rueben. Served on a sandwich roll. Thin on pastrami and no sauerkraut. I think the thousand island was mixed with a cheese sauce? Pastrami was a little dry at times as well. Sandwiches are served with individual bags of chips with a few options to choose from. Onto the beer. I tried the Sweetwater IPA. This IPA had a good hoppiness to it with a slight sour/tart finish. Overall, a good IPA. The wife tried the Bristol Brewing Laughing Lab Scotish Ale. This also had good flavor with a dry and slightly sweet finish. Impressed by the service and atmosphere. We will...
Read moreI hate leaving poor reviews for places. So much so in fact that I very rarely do it. I would much rather live in the positive. But tonight just rubbed me the wrong way. Parker Pour House is located in Parker, a very family friendly community. I came here with my children and several other families. We were clearly not welcomed by some of the regulars. The bartenders did a fantastic job accommodating us and diffusing any tense situations. But ultimately the Parker Pour House made decisions like allowing their DJ to play music at high-volume at 6:30pm on a Saturday night . And playing things like “Dick in a Box” with families around. Your bartenders assured us that we were welcome but it definitely didn’t feel that way. I know kids aren’t always welcome at breweries but make that clear and maybe don’t open in Parker. Unfortunately we won’t be back and will take our...
