The person whom I believe to be the owner has given me and my family the most trouble on multiple occassions. She stands at the front, an older woman with little respect to her customers. She intentionally makes people wait long for food, speaks back when we ask for different options, and treats customers like dollar bills instead of people. Her other staff are not much different. One of the managers walked over to our table, picked up our plates and told us we had to use them to eat. No joke, reached over our plates of food, picked up our plates, and shoved them around our table a few times. Their food is mediocre at best. The wontons are very clearly reheated from a frozen bag, their food tastes the same across all variants, cheap ingredients. Almost $20 for a meal in which you will get small portions, little meat, and a whole lot of vegetables. They throw in soups and egg rolls to make it seem like a good deal, but to be fair even that is gross. The egg rolls and soup are the same as the crab cheese wontons. Frozen and premade. Nothing felt like it didn't just come out of a microwave. Also, how do you run out of fortune cookies? The atmosphere? Completely empty. At least they're up to health code. But to be fair, serving things on chipped plates and dirty glasses might just throw them below the line. The decor is a whole other situation. The paper lanterns that they hang up were free from a partnership from a beer company. They don't wipe tables down after people eat, FYI. They just clear plates and let more people sit down. Nothing was charming about this place. Authentic? Maybe....

This was beyond disappointing .
I am very upset writing this ! however I DO NOT TOLERATE ANY DISCRIMINATION! & I’m making sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else .
My husband went in to get some lunch since we been craving Chinese .Also It’s Friday I mean why not ! He went during lunch time to treat an employee. (They were both in construction attire . )
He got there and immediately got dirty looks from the lady working there .
At first my husband ignored it , assuming she was probably having a bad day.
Now … He went about his business , ordered and payed for the food . SUDDENLY things took a turn when the lady told him he wasn’t allowed to eat there because she didn’t feel safe . Which is insane considering
Considering he is very respectful person and also he could probably care less about her He just went to grab lunch .
Now if she didn’t feel safe why did she accept his business. She shouldn’t had taken his money for the food . She should of saved him an uncomfortable visit there and he could had gone to a much better place to eat and enjoy his the lunch he payed for !!! BUT NOO She waited until they payed so she can deny business.
The ironic thing is that my husband is actually a very successful businessman. The reason why he was in work attire was because he went to over see his project . However that’s beside the point . No one should Ever be treated this way regardless.
I am writing a BBB COMPLAINT . There’s nothing that will...
Read moreToday was my first time ever ordering from this restaurant. Being new to Castle Rock, we were excited to try their takeout. We placed an order online, bought the beef lo mein, Singapore Noodle combo, general tso chicken and the pao pao platter.
This was the worst interaction I've had in a while. I went in to place my order, then was haggled by two employees over the pao pao platter. They claim I shouldn't have been charged for only one order at $10.50. This is something the website had allowed me to do. I proceeded to explain that and kept getting asked for more money. I said they could just take that item and agreed to give me the order this one time. I've never been haggled like this at a restaurant before. it's disappointing because the food is actually tasty.
I wish they would adjust their menu or website listing rather than asking for more money at the door. Very...
