Horrible Service almost to include theft!😡 My boyfriend ordered a ham & cheese croissant, only to be told it was already given to him when he NEVER was given anything! Then when he asked about it, they told him he could pay for another one, so I told him to go back and demand his money back, the food he ordered, or you're going to call the cops for stealing his money! They then decided to make him one, and when he got it, he received the burnt one you see in the picture!! The worst Starbucks I have EVER been to. I tried to make polite conversation with the person taking my order and she absolutely refused to acknowledge that I was speaking to her. Maybe she was deaf because she also got my order wrong. I got past that and sat to wait for my order. I waited and waited and waited. My order was sitting on the counter for about 10 minutes because the other barista REFUSED to call out my order as all the other starbucks do. Smh. IGNORANCE is all I can chalk it up to. I was very disgusted with the customer service and inappropriate conversations taking place at this location. While ordering my drink the 3 baristas working were talking about one of their family members "that was going to die alone and was even asked if shes ever been laid, and then why is she so cranky then?"
