Ive ponder on making this review for a few days. But the frustration has got to me so here it is. I recently bought a 2023 canam outlander 1000 xmr and was looking for cooler solutions for the bike. So hmmm…. Let’s go to the professionals and let them handle it right? Wrong. I walk in and ask about the coolers for them and get told let me go see if we have it. Comes back with a display model they claim will work for my bike. I buy it $371 and some change for a 16L cooler with hopes of ease with installation. Set it on the rack and turn a knob and it’s locked in. Well I get the cooler in my hand and it’s a display model. Has blemishes all over and had to ask for a discount which was 10%. Anyways I buy it and I walk outside to attach it to the rack and boom it doesn’t work. I walk back in and tell them it doesn’t work. Now they proceed to look in the book and tell me I need a kit for it to work. Which they don’t have. They also say in order to return it they will need a 20% restocking fee because I walked outside with the cooler. Never left the lot. So ofc I say no and I leave. Well I order the kit they claim I need and I still have to drill into the rack to make these mounts work. The whole reason I began to spend $370 on such cooler. So now I’m $400 deep into a cooler I still have to drill into my rack to get to work because it isn’t compatible with the rack system like it should be. To say I’m disappointed is a understatement. If I had known our local dealer was this bad I would of bought a different brand of machine. I’ll never be back. Why pay and premium on parts thinking your getting the right stuff to only be let down. I’ll do my research myself and order online and save on...
Read moreWe purchased a brand new Can-Am DS 250 in 2023. We agreed on a trade in price for our old one, the sales lady wrote down their offer, we agreed and started the paperwork. Then.. the sales lady changed the offer and gave us around $1000.00 less trade in value. Then, we discovered that when the atv had been assembled, their mechanics had tightened nearly EVERY bolt too tight and broke the plastic around nearly every bolt. We brought this to All Seasons attention, sent them photos before it was ever ridden.. they started a claim and said they would make it right. We've called and checked on the status of the claim every couple months and are always told they are still working on it. Paying over $5000.00 for an ATV, one would think the company would have the decency and honesty to correct this issue. But once they get your money, they don't care. I will never do business with them again and would encourage others to take their business elsewhere. Not a good company to do...
Read moreMy whole experience with this dealer was phenomenal! I called first to ask several questions, and JD was super informative and excited to answer me. I felt comfortable to talk with him, and he piqued my interest about other things that might match my interest! When I went to see them, Nick, a marketing rep, was there to help me with everything I needed. He was also incredibly helpful and easy to get along with, knowing a lot about his job and having wonderful people skills. My boyfriend and I enjoyed talking to him as much as we appreciated his help. Despite traveling an hour and being close to close, both he and John, the sales manager, did everything in their power to get me a test ride. A Kawasaki certified technician made sure everything was safe for me to ride. John was fantastic, helping me figure out the bike, and leading me at an adaptive pace on the ride. Overall, it was a phenomenal experience, and I highly encourage you to visit them for all your...
