My boyfriend and I applied for an apartment that was clearly advertised as available 09/21/2025, which is when I can move in to go to. school. After paying over 150 dollars just in application fees and sending over a $350 fee and being approved, they suddenly told us we must move in a month early and pay for August or risk losing the unit and possibly the fee.
