Don't waste your money. I ordered the "pulled pork" sandwich for $8.00. It was served on a hot dog bun! They didn't even toast the bun. The meat was pork that might have been cooked in a crock pot. They used "Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce" straight out of the jug. It wasn't even doctored up with their own seasoning. There were no pickles, cabbage or anything else on the sandwich. It came with a child-sized bag of chips (the type you add into a child's school lunch) and a bottle of water. They offered no bags and provided one napkin. I had also ordered one with "hot BBQ sauce". That one was first drenched in the Sweet Baby Ray sauce with additional hot sauce. It was soggy and the hot dog bun was disintegrated by the time I got back to my desk to eat. They had arrived by invitation to my work site to offer an option to employees. They had no menu posted on the truck and only other option they had was a burnt ends sandwich. They had no sides other than the bagged chips. I was admonished for bringing cash, that was accepted reluctantly. They had no receipt to offer and they advised me to bring my credit card next time. There will be no next time and I have advised my coworkers to avoid this truck on the next...
Read moreI was walking on the side of the interstate, on my way to meet up with friends at the Warrior Zone when a car pulled up next to me. The man asked me if I needed a ride and I said sure. It was going to be at least an hour walk so I took the offer and got in. He then told me he had to stop at the restaurant and check on the workers. He gave me a BBQ Pulled pork and a root beer and I met some people, he is just a outstanding person who was offering to help people he didn’t even know, I would recommend the food too, it’s savory and mouth watering BBQ was amazing with cheese and patty all with a smoky grill taste. It was amazing and an overall great experience, it’s good to see people going above and beyond for others especially in this day and age. I won’t forget this moment and will definitely recommend...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I ordered the two meats with the two sides at the food truck. It was $25 and the portion sizes were pretty small. It came with 3 riblets and two small slices of brisket. The Mac and cheese portion size was super small and had little flavor. There was hardly any cheese on it either. The baked beans were probably the best part, it had good flavor. Both of the meats had little flavor unless you had a lot of bbq sauce on it, the bbq sauce was good. The flavor you could taste was smoky and charred. The brisket fat was rendered but the meat was mostly dry. The riblets were also dry and half of the ribs were definitely beyond just charred, I could actually taste the bitterness of burnt flavor. We finished the whole to go box and we were both still hungry. I would give...
