holy moly, the worse service i have ever experienced.

first, i would like to mention that i love being sweet & patient with workers. i’m a service worker myself & completely understand that work is hard. i came on customer appreciation day & knew that it was a heavy day (as expected). i wanted to tip because i knew it was a long day. i ended up not & here’s why:

However, the girl with the butterfly tattoos on her arms was INCREDIBLY rude. not only did she constantly roll her eyes, have the worst attitude, but she also HATED the fact that we were here. what kind of customer appreciation is this?? I genuinely didn’t understand because i honestly wasn’t rude or snappy with what i said. we also tried to get the attention of the guy workers with long hair, however he looked at me and continued to walk back inside COMPLETELY ignoring me. i have no hope in this shop. drive the extra 3 miles to the portland ave. location. the sweetest people ever in comparison to them.

UPDATE: ALSO LOL my drink wasn’t made right, it was a hint of orange & all milk. no sweeter or nothing. i am NEVER going back to this location. bad drinks & horrible...

💭Absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE Big Foot Java!!!! ⭐Team Big Foot⭐☕🍵🍩🍪🍯🍓🍒🍇🍌🍎🥝🥑🥛🍍🍋🍉🍑 my favorite is the mythical mocha with white coffee add java chips lightly pulsed!! Yummy! They have a decent variety of drinks and snacks, I love that they have white coffee!! They are affordable which is necessary at this time due to Covid 19. They seem like they really care about there customers. Ive personally experienced there customer service via email and they were wonderful and even gave me 2 free drinks!! They offer a rewards program as well (also they have an app for IPhone and Android) where you can earn free drinks !! Just give them your number each time you buy something. The staff is usually fantastic, only one employee that is not very nice or friendly. Everyone else is wonderful. 10 🌟stars!!!! They also have treats for your pets if you bring them along and super convenient open 24 hours 7 days week!! I absolutely recommend you trying this place out if you havent already!! Even if your not a coffee lover, they offer a variety...

I love big foot Java so I was excited to find one closer to me , my other one was the Steele street one. This location is horrible. Most the girls are zoned out( not sure if they are high), unfriendly or too into their conversation to help the customer, when they finally pay attention they don’t even make the desired drink right. I say most but not all. It’s very disappointing to be honest because over a lot of coffee stands I would choose Big Foot Java—just absolutely refuse to go to this location in spanaway. I don’t mean to be rude or disrespectful to these ladies , I used to be a barista, but I do think an honest review is necessary. I also will say that I have tried on multiple occasions to give this location a try but after over a dozen dissatisfied attempts, I will have to take my business to the Steel street location or other...
