I was very pleasantly surprised when I found this jewelry. I went originally to re do my ring, they not only listened to what I wanted and showed me a great variety of options, from what they have in store but also from a variety of brochures. They made sure I found exactly what I wanted. They stayed in touch with me all along the way until my ring was ready and it was just what I wanted!! After that I went again to have my MIL watch band fixed (which they couldn’t do at other jewelers) and they not only fixed it but they didn’t even want to charge me for it since they said it was an easy fix. The owners were extremely informative about the repair needed and very kind to my child and me. They showed me a unique aspect of my diamond using a magnifying glass so that I could confirm that it was mind at the time of pickup, which allowed me to feel comfortable and at ease leaving it there.
