Big Update: I had to go in and clear up the bits below about my account info all being changed (with my reward points still i. It). I saw the folks I usually see aka Alex and CJ. Of course it’s a little odd after leaving a negative review to just walk in and bring up another issue I was having… fortunately Alex was incredible. He and CJ care very much for their regulars on a human level and gracefully corrected all of the issues I was having. We were all able to acknowledge that these things happen and the magical tingly feeling that FK used to give me came back. 🪄. Wyatt also reached out to me via phone in an endearing way. I’m very satisfied to see the ship is still being steered by some amazing people.

Update: When I went to check my remaining points, my account name had been switched to a different name and my contact info had been swapped to someone in Nebraska. I’m guessing my dispensary account was hacked or altered. Someone might have tried using my reward points? No idea.

Planned to make a larger purchase today during their 3-5 happy hour special. Placed an online order at 3:00 and left work early to make it by 5:00. Traffic is of course nuts near 5:00 and there was an accident that soaked my time up. I was 8 minutes past 5:00. I asked if I could still have the %30 off but the guy’s response was “no, you have to ring out by 5:00”. I mentioned that the online order site just says “3-5pm is 30% off” and I placed my order at 3:00. He said “no exceptions”. He was running pickup today at 5:00PM and I usually don’t like having to transact with him… he is bald with glasses and makes me feel like a burden when I shop there. (I’m quick and easy to work with)

I’m a regular that most of the staff knows well. I tip very well becuase I’m not a jackass and I appreciate them. Reluctantly I’ve decided not to shop here anymore. The purpose of this review is just to highlight the lack of transparency with their advertised deals and the decline of what I used to think was outrageously great customer service.

I’ve been regular for 3 years here and most of the staff has been great. Lately they seem unhappy and that’s a bad sign that makes me feel bad for how they’re perhaps being treated. I wish the best for FK and won’t be back after I use my “points”. (That would be a waste of $70)

Buying cannabis in that little store with the chaotic parking lot is already anxiety inducing. I’d find a more open dispensary with folks who...

Tierra was great! I The vibe of the shop was good and she walked me through everything they had to offer

I went back got some eddies they did nothing but my flower again was great the guy who helped me awesome

Avery was great and knowledgeable and friendly and I love her hair

This is amazing place my husband had cancer so every time I come to the store I’m always welcome and greatly very nicely and it’s such a warm and inviting place.and happy that it here thanks for everything you guys do this place is like home I really enjoyed this place and that are so friendly I really enjoyed this place and they are so special and welcoming everyone kaynen is so sweet this a amazing place to come the workers are so amazing and very helpful very helpful and peaceful thanks for all the help from the staff amazing team they have and they always make me feel welcome I really enjoyed this place and they are always very welcoming I enjoyed coming here it’s so peaceful and relaxing and I will never stop coming I love coming here...
