From Today --July 13, 2022 I just had my computer serviced at Advantage Computer Solutions and again I couldn't be more pleased!! Al and Zack were fantastic! Not only did they diagnose the problem, and jump in immediately to help me, but they did it in record time!!! Al gave me a new SSD which makes my computer work at record speed. In addition, he cleaned out my fan to help with the freezing of the computer when the fan overheated. The concern and care afforded by Advantage Computer Solutions are extraordinary. This is a family-owned business that truly treats each client like a family member! I wholeheartedly recommend this place over the chain repair shops. Last night a 5 second power outage happened while my work PC was on. Even though I had a surge protector, it seems like it affected it as I started getting 'CPU Over Temperature' error at startup and my BIOS showed me at 100 degrees celsius. Even when I let it cool in a cold room for an hour and managed to reach the desktop, all my cores were around 110 celsius doing nothing. From searching around, it seemed like my AIO water cooler malfunctioned and was no longer cooling my CPU.

I called Advantage Computers first thing in the morning and spoke to Al, who was really friendly and really listened to what I thought was wrong, as well as my concerns on getting this repaired quickly as it was my work PC. Al had me bring in the PC immediately and he started diagnosing the issue with his team, telling me we'd need to replace the current AIO with a similar one. He was confident he and his team could fix it by today and sure enough, less than 3 hours later, I got a call from Al telling me the PC was all fixed and ready for pickup.

I took my mac book pro to this location to get hard drive repaired. They replaced the hard-drive and everything was okay until a month passed and I noticed that they STOLE parts from my laptop and my volume wasn't as loud as it used to be and my wi-fi is always disconnecting. I should've took apple's advice in not taking mac books to any location other than apple itself! People are thieves and this is horrible business. This place deserves to get a lawsuit! Unfortunately for me I can't do anything about it because I noticed too late. I don't always use the laptop but my husband does and he couldn't figure out what was going on with the laptop because he doesn't know how to work it and by the time he told me it was like a month into it.
