Wasatch Laminate — Local services in Payson

I've waited over 6 months to write this review so I could make sure I stuck to facts and left my emotions out of it.

We had a terrible experience with this company. They never ordered the proper edges for our countertops and lied and said they did (over the course of 2 months)... they always had an excuse or delay, but another company ordered them for me and they were here in the 3 week expected turnaround time.

Eric never came the day he said he would, always at least a day later.

They (Eric) didn't properly attach a bar top piece and it came off and fell on my young children. Luckily the countertop piece was stopped by the barstools and window trim or the children could have been devastatingly injured, or worse.

He put the countertop seam over the dishwasher, but had they ordered a 12-foot section it could have gone in the corner... and the seam is pretty rough.

Poor communication and shoddy workmanship. Eric is nice enough but we just got tired of excuses and were really disappointed with the finished product.
