The customer service is honestly incredible. One of the best customer service that I've ever come across. My family and I were extremely satisfied with the service we were provided both from the customer support people to the person who came to install the WiFi. Customer support was a patient and kind with me through our interactions. While I didn't call, I did text the customer support and they were available 24/7. I asked questions at 8pm and was still answered. They never once snapped at me nor was I ever made to feel dumb for the questions I asked. Each question was answered in a timely manner while maintain the professional and informative attitude. The first router that I got didn't work so I had to run to the store and purchase another one. I installed the router by myself but customer support was there also answering my questions. As for the person who came to install the WiFi, he was so kind and patient as well. He explained the process to us so that there wasn't any confusion as to what he was going to do. He communicated perfectly before and after the instillation. The man was also very apologetic when the router we bought didn't work (even though it wasn't his fault) and offered to come back and help us with the new router if we needed the help. Read moreI work in tech as a systems administrator, and have to deal with support calls and suport staff of many companies all the time in my line of work. Intellipop is so far my favorite ISP I’ve personally used.
No endless call queue, you typically chat with some of the same several people who in some cases even remember who you are and what your previous issue was when you called (Thank you Skyler and Brandi!). Easy to find the help I need, very responsive staff, and loved that they would promptly call me to follow up on issues they were helping me with. I also like the updates to the new billing portal, thanks for that.
To be clear, I’ve only had to reach out to support a couple times over the several years I have been with them. And I am probably more needy than many of their users because I am particular about a few things. Outages of any kind have been extremely rare (and typically Utopia’s fault…), which is vital to me since I do a lot of my work from home.

I was scheduled to have my fiber hooked up today and for one reason or another Lehi City hadn’t finished the connection and said they would need to come back another day to finish the job. Brandie from Intellipop had reached out earlier in the week to see if I had any questions about the service or installation process so I messaged her and let her know what happened and that the installation would be postponed.
I’m pretty sure Brandie is on a personal quest to ensure everyone has amazing internet because she went above and beyond to track down answers for me and get the city out to my house again to get the wifi installed as it should have been.
She was caring, supportive, and helpful. In a market with tons of shady ISPs, I couldn’t be more grateful to have ISPs like Intellipop in my area with such incredible support like Brandie offered. 11/10...
