Had a great experience with the company. I had reached out to the company that originally installed my garage door when one of the cables suddenly snapped one day. That was about two months ago and to this day, still have not heard back. Reached out to Saugus Overhead Door, LLC on Saturday morning, left a message not expecting to hear back until at least Monday. Someone called me back that afternoon and scheduled someone to come up that Monday morning. They came on time, assessed the situation, explained everything to me clearly and made some recommendations, which I could tell were not upselling but just trying to prevent further problems. Had the misfortune of Saugus Overhead Door being assigned to my home warranty claim. I have left multiple voicemails over a 2 week period and have not heard from anyone. The other reviews must be from family members.

Response to owner: Please check your phone records. At no time did i receive a call from your office nor was a voicemail received. The original installers are not known as AHS warranty was a gift from our realtor when purchasing the home. It was AHS that assigned the case to Saugus as a vendor of theirs. I had my 1st side mounted Liftmaster garage door opener installed after my old Idrive stopped working after 12 years. After calling, they came a few days later as scheduled and gave a quote the next day that was very fair. Scheduled the install and a week and a half later the install right in the window of time they quoted and less than 2 hours installed, adjusted and shown the full operation. I was so satisfied with the whole experience I had do the other door 6 month later. Saugus Door offer a 1 year on the installation as I did call them back on an adjustment issue and they were true to their appointed time.
