I went here to get a massage because I was having some issues with back stiffness after working out rigorously. I saw the sign for this business and decided to try them out. I have had massages in various locations and I felt all of them did a great job and were very professional. Unfortunately, the massage I received here was not good. I asked for a hard, deep tissue massage but all she had the strength for was a soft rubdown that I could have received for free. The service I needed was a hard, deep-tissue massage to get the knots out of my back and loosen the muscles. I even asked the lady before the massage if they offered deep-tissue massages and explained my situation and she agreed and confirmed, only to be disappointed because she told me she was weak and couldn't go hard. I would have been fine with that, and would have understood and went elsewhere, instead she flat-out confirmed she could do a hard, deep-tissue massage knowing that would involve some strength on her part. I even told her when the massage was completed that it did not resolve any of the tightness or stiffness in any areas of my back or neck, not at all. She said she was sorry and again, told me she was too weak. Another issue I had with this business was that, at the time of making payment, I was told there would be a $3 fee for using a debit card on top of the massage charge. I found it rather weird but accepted it. After my card was processed, I went to leave a Tip and the Lady demanded I leave at least 20-25% Tip. I told her the massage was not good and very weak for the issue I had. I told her I will leave a tip that corresponds with the service I received, which was not a good one. However, I left her a 15% tip, which is more than generous considering I did not get a good massage. What Upset me the most was that I was Misled and Lied to after being Told that she could perform a service when, In fact, she knew she couldn't perform it properly. Another thing that Upset me Even More was that they Called me out for Tipping 15% and even told me how much they NEEDED to get Tipped. She told me they don't make any money of we don't Tip them. I felt this was very Unprofessional and extremely rude. I have Never had a business call me out on the Tipping before, and I am a generous Tipper as I come from a Service Industry background so I know how hard people work and how little they get paid, especially the Wait Staff. But this was beyond Unprofessional and I will not be bringing my business back here ever again. This has to be the worst massage place I have ever been to, and thats saying alot as I perform alot of athletic activities and require constant...
Read moreUPDATE: theyâre trying to say the review we left wasnât valid and it was fake. That should show how terrible of a company they really aređđź The whole experience was not great. We went in there and they didnât have the couples room available as they had previously mentioned that they did, but not a big deal. We just got two separate massages. however, the massages were quite painful, even though we asked for a lighter pressure my husband and I both walked out of there feeling very sore and even to the next morning are still very sore đ The masseuses were very nice, but the whole overall massage was pretty painful as they used their elbows and full weight of their body at times, and it all felt very rushed and uncomfortable. Then when it came to checking out, we paid for our massages and then they asked for a tip, we left what we thought would be a deserving tip for how painful the massages were, but still generous. The cashier proceeded to scoff at us and laugh, saying that we werenât tipping enough and practically âdemandedâ that we tip more. So we tipped more out of feeling bad, but given the services they provided and the general rudeness and audacity of the cashier, 10/10 would never...
Read moreWent to this place to try them out as my regular masseuse wasnât available. The lady who was doing the massage did not understand a word of English and kept doing the same thing which was making it painful. I had to gesture her to get someone else so that I could explain what I wanted. It was Not a good massage experience however, when I was checking out the front desk, lady demanded that I pay a tip as thatâs how her masseuse makes money. I was surprised and asked her , âDo you not pay your employees ?âwell I got a very rude answer something regards to my race . And when I mentioned that I would not like to bring my business to such place who does not pay their employee well the lady tells me we donât want customer like you anyways. Not only that when I was sitting in my car, finishing some phone calls. I saw her coming out with salt packet and sprinkling it all over on the sidewalk, not sure what to make...
