Jubilee's employee team is impressively kind, energetic, excited about each customer and constantly on the look out for your return. They're so amazing that you become as excited to see them. The store's cleanlines immediately presents pride. They stock the products with equal importance in a way that makes it easy to locate. The produce department at first seems like a small area, but has most everything we all shop for and it is so appealing to the eye and so inviting as you walk into the store and smell quality fruits and vegetables. Their sales may not always beat someone else, but often does and the competitor does offer everything I've mentioned so far was impeccably as Jubilee. Don't miss their 2 day sale, chances are you'll be upset with yourself if you so. Some of the other things I've noticed is their love of community. You will often see Boy Scout, Girl Scout, local kids with so many different teams, and frequently individuals with needs that we should all be willing and just as proud of ourselves to help and support. That opportunity seems to be dwindling as many other stores feel it takes away from their profit, or is unwelcoming to customers. The only improvements that I see could be made is litter around the store that blows around the property until it eventually blows off the property. However, some of that is because of the garbage collector, some by customers, some from companies delivering product, and some from neighboring businesses. Many customers who walk to Jubilee from neighborhoods close by contribute to littering our MAIN ROADWAYS in and out of our town, and our drainage that eventually becomes dammed creating a plethora of troublesome conditions. We all need to play a part. Perhaps hosting and scheduling a designated day of volunteers to help support our own community can get a good...
Read moreManagement of this store has been told by local police that they need to keep the fire lane clear. Last week I saw a truck parked in the fire lane next to the front door. I called the store and told them that someone was parked in the fire lane. I waited about 7 minutes and no one from THIS store addressed the situation (very typical). The lazy and inconsiderate law breakers just drove off. Today I saw another vehicle parked in the fire lane. Two employees were outside. One near the front door. I mentioned to him that someone was parked in the fire lane. He just sat and looked at me. In order for Management to keep the fire lane clear would be to inform ALL employees that if they see someone ILLEGALLY parked in the fire lane they should immediately tell Management so they can ask the lazy and inconsiderate law breaker to move. I believe this is not being done so as not to upset customers. Keep the fire lane CLEAR as the local...
Read moreI've reviewed Jubilee before and gave it high marks, but just had to comment about the service I had this morning. I was purchasing two 5.5 ounce ice cream cups (?), and the woman behind the counter made a comment about the size. I stated that I was trying them out to see how it taste. I love Mayfield Ice Cream, but I haven't been able to find it again since Blue Bell came back. I prefer the Mayfield over Blue Bell. So the woman, and then one of the managers both checked to see if their supplier carried the Mayfield, and that they would order it for me. I really appreciated the above and beyond service. They could have just stated that they didn't carry it. I wish I would have gotten their names to recognize them. Just another reason why I will continue to shop at Jubilee. And still one of the best places...
