If I could give Zero Stars for Service, I would. I ordered 4 Combo Meals tonight from a Disgruntled Employee named Brooklyn. When ordering, I stated I would like Two burger combos with Dr. Peppers and Two Chicken Tender Combos and was immediately cut off by her stating they were out of Chicken Tenders... so, No big deal, I order two more burger Combos, One with a Sprite and One with a Tea, She then stated they were out of tea as well. So, I simply ordered another Sprite. When she brought the food out, she did not read over the order, the screen was broken so it was not taking our card payment so she had to take the card inside to pay. While i waited i checked our bags and there was four burgers, three tater tots and four drinks. Any normal person would assume, I'm missing one order of tots. When Brooklyn returned with my debit card, after charging $42.98, I tell her I'm sorry, I am short one tater tot. Her entire demeanor changed and she stated we only ordered three combos. I stated No I ordered Four, I have 4 burgers, 4 drinks and three tots. She took the receipt with an attitude, read out loud what I ordered and she then stated Oh, Your didn't order 4 combos you ordered three, I tell her then why would you give me four drinks and 4 burgers if I didnt order 4? She then gets annoyed and proceeds to tell me, while still holding my debit card receipt. I can ring you up for another tot if you want another one. She was so busy chatting with coworkers inside while taking my order that she rang up one burger and one drink al la carte. When I tell her thats what she did, she refused to make it right and she turns away and tells me Have a Good night as she stormed off.
With the prices of food going up, I still chose to spend my money there. It was an easy fix and she refused. She simply could've given me the other tot buy refunding the al la Carte items and re enter the meal and I pay the difference. But her attitude was ridiculous. Not to mention the tots i did get tasted like burnt grease and I threw them out. I will not be going back to this Sonic Ever Again. I even went to McDonald's to order 4 medium fries to make up for the Tots. I Should've just went there to...

Because this looks like vanilla and looks like the oreo blast instead of the chocolate oreo master shake tht I ordered.ā She looked at it and said no itās chocolate. Then handed me the spoon and said sorry and walked off. No whip cream and no cherry and when I tried it, it was indeed vanilla and not chocolate and had oreo crumbles on top instead of whip cream and cherry, indicating tht it was the oreo blast instead. The car next to me had been waiting for over 20 min for their food. Once got it, their order was wrong too. Passenger got out the car twice to try to get the employees to fix it, but i guess it didnāt work out because they left. I also tried to call back on the monitor to tell them they got my order wrong. Pressed the button and sat there for 5 min with no response, and then I left. Wish I could get the dollar tip back tht i left them. This happens all the time at this location. This was my first time back to any sonics since 2021 and it seems like they still havenāt fixed their employee problem in now 4 years. Wonāt be returning to any location again. First off, I love Sonic. My review is more for this location. I have been putting off the review hoping things would improve, but Iām afraid they have not. š More than half of their screens have been out for a long time. They are regularly unavailable to order from the app. They have a little bit of an order QA/QC ISSUE. I literally just left there 5 minutes ago empty handed because their ice cream machine was broken (and they were unavailable on the app again). I think this location needs a little TLC to get it back to the best it can be. For now, I am sorry to say, Iāll just drive to another Sonic location. I wish this wasnāt the case because the Hwy 41 location is very convenient and I would love to be able to support them. I just havenāt had a successful trip there in...
