Me and my 20 yr old son stopped by on 11/3/2000 at 5:08:39 because I was wanting tacos, only two cars where in the parking lot and myself In the drive thew, I was having problems finding how many tacos came in a box, I just didnt know were to look. I told the man that I wanted a box of tacos but had problems locating where they were placed on the menu bored. So at that point he told me but I was still looking for a price and he sarcastically reply to me that I need to make an order so at that point I told him I wanted a box of 12 still not knowing what the price was, I asked my son I said did he just say that I had to make an order and my son replied yes I found that to be very rude when there was no one behind me or even in the parking lot that I needed to be rushed like that. I know customers are not always right but this was not the issue the issue was his attitude for me to hurry up and find what I needed and make my order. The cashiers name was Thaddeus Z , I'm in fear that if he spoke to me like that then he is speaking to other customers the same way, I always go to El Rio way before Taco Bell open but I decided to go to Taco Bell because I wanted multiple tacos but I did not deserve the attitude that I got. I'm just loading the Taco Bell team know about the incident. My order# was 320316 pull up the conversion and u will here for urself... Thank...

We went through the drive-thru tonight (July25, 2018) and ordered the #2-XXL steak burrito with no rice, extra sour cream, extra guacamole & extra tomatoes, NO lettuce on the taco with the drink. Also ordered 3 hard tacos with NO lettuce. They ask us to check the screen to make sure it was correct, which it was....
We got on the interstate and made it home only to realize... We paid $17.53 for our order and what we received was the drink, the steak burrito, ONE hard taco WITH lettuce and a quesadilla with ONE TINY piece of chicken and other items that donāt belong on a quesadilla. They FAILED TO GIVE US OUR FULL ORDER OR FOR THAT MATTER A CORRECT ORDER!!! š”The Pearl River Taco Bell is definitely LACKING. They definitely could use some service lessons from the franchise on Old Spanish Trail in Slidell, which is my normal āgo toā Taco Bell. I can assure you we wonāt be making the mistake of visiting the PR Taco Bell again. Nothing like spending money to find out later youāve been ripped off.
I SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE ORDER LIKE I USUALLY DO...SHAME ON ME...š But I expected at least a...

However, this place has been mostly a disappointment since they opened. It appears they are struggling in several areas. They are frequently out of basics, like coffee in the morning and believe it or not, this morning, they were out of eggs at 9:30 AM. Orders are painfully slow. I have waited over 15 minutes when ordering inside when there were only two customers ahead of me. On that visit I watched two groups leave out of frustration (one was a family of six). When the store first opened, it stayed packed even though there is a McDonalds next door. Now, the McDonalds stays packed and the parking lot at Taco Bell is usually empty. I really hope things work out or I fear they will not survive. Customers are frustrated, food is slow and for some reason, they haven't gotten the hang of maintaining sufficient stock of basic foods. I mean seriously, how do you run out of taco meat at Taco Bell? When the store is...
