Oscar's Barber Shop — Local services in Pearson

Sadly, I wasn’t even able to get any type of service.

This isn’t because of anything of my doing but because of the poor professionalism that seems to run rampant throughout today.

I scheduled an appointment 1 month in advance because I had an event I needed to attend and I live in Tifton. Fast forward to the day of the appointment and event, the 2nd of October and the barbershop is closed. With no notice of rescheduling or anything of the sort. Then, I remember that hey, there’s another shop in Douglas! Maybe there was a mixup in the scheduling and my appointment was there instead. So I rush over and I was greeted with a scoff and the information that Oscar was on vacation and that I could get squeezed in at the end of the line for an up charge. Which is absolutely ridiculous.

Needless to say, I will not be receiving any type of service from any of the barbers at any of the shops and I will inform everyone that I know and come in contact with of the poor service, poor professionalism and poor customer service that I...
