This is an unusual place to purchase furniture from. As one review stated: BEWARE!! The customer service is so-so. But at least they asked if we needed help. We purchased a recliner from them that we ended up selling to my sister since we couldn't return it (having it only a week), due to my husband's prosthetic leg wouldn't work right with it. (Our problem, right?) Ok.... But then, we purchased a sofa from them, afterward, only to have our thermostat broken when they delivered it into our rv. And it shouldn't have happened. It could have totally been avoided. The fellows who delivered it were nice, but if they'd just have listened to my husband, our home wouldn't have gotten broken! Sad! So.... the owner (of Airlawn Furniture) only offered to pay $150 towards a $500 billing invoice to have the thermostat replaced by an authorized repair company. Oh, and the first offer was only $100, by the furniture owner. At least he gave us $150, after I was going to return the sofa. Some friends helped us with some of the funds for fixing the thermostat, or we would've had enough to cover the cost for it to be fixed! We truly thank the Lord for them! Airlawn Furniture offered to replace the thermostat themselves (with a week's wait on their part). We're in over 100° temps! They've never lived in a camper! It's like a tin can if you don't have some kind of cooling units, and we're handicapped! It gets 80° with units. Just think what would happen without anything! I told them we needed air conditioning in a day or so, not a week's wait! They'd be paying for more than just a thermostat! We'd be sick! I almost told them to come back and get the sofa! I was not happy with their services. They should be insured for situations like these. What's even worse, Kane said they've had it happen before & they always fixed things themselves. I wonder what kind of fixing they do! What's sad is that because the fellows had some difficulty getting it in, we actually tipped them both a $20 cash each. I guess we should have kept ithat money to go towards the broken thermostat! I mean, in about two weeks' time, we spent almost $2500 at this place! And this is the help we got for something THEY done! Just watch your home. 🫣 I even heard a crack when they were bringing it in & we have a bent frame on our door now. My husband has to fix that. I didn't mention a thing about that until now! You might want to go ahead and make your trip to another place. Unless you're delivering it for yourself. Then go for it. Some of their stuff is nice.
