Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pecos

Is there any way to give a minus rating, somehow they are SSSSOOOO "busy" that they can't have hot and ready pizzas ready, after TWO hours of putting in an online order and waiting in the store for more than 30 minutes they gave my order away to someone else now I have to wait even longer for a "quick" pizza. The "manager" couldn't explain what happened and kept making up excuses so they didn't have to make another pizza. AWESOME job guys 🙄🤔🤨😑

After waiting for them to remake the pizza they gave away, surprise surprise, they gave away the other one I had ordered, so they gave away 2 of the 2 pizzas I ordered.

Arrived to purchase some hot n readys. The girl at the front register begins answering her cell phone while I waited to order. I saw a tray in the hot n ready heat cabinet, labeled 3 meat. She finally put her phone down. When I asked if that was all that they had, the girl replied with "no". So, I asked if they have more pizza ready, and she said yes. So, I asked for that 3 meat pizza and a pepperoni pizza. She then said that they have nothing ready. If she had been paying attention instead of playing with her phone, she would have heard me instead of saying "yes" that they had hot n readys, and then telling me that they didn't have any. I work out here in the oil field and there is not many places to go. I went there in a rush ordered my pizzas and when I got to work I noticed if you open the box pizza looked ok but it was super thin and the middle of the pizza was no dough just a big hole with lots of cheese and pepperoni to cover it up. My second pizza was not even cut and was thin as well mostly cheese and pepperoni. I've been eating little ceasers for many years but this place gives that company a bad name.
