HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!! HORRIBLE!!!! My experience was horrible with them. First of all, it was very dirty and trash cans were full and it was only around 1 pm. Second, I had a few troubles with reading the menu as it didn't features all the items and also I didn't expect burgers with no ketchup or cheese but only mustard. I came there with my mom and sister. My mom ordered what she thought to be a chicken sandwich, but it turned out to be a beef sandwich with a weirdly made sour meat. It's called chicken fried steak but not being a Texas local it's hard to think that a sandwich will have chicken in its name but not in the sandwich. My sister ordered a taco salad, since she is a vegetarian. But since they only had meat salads she asked to just not put the meat in it. I totally understand that they're not going to give me a discount for not adding meat to a salad. But they charged me for a beverage as well, which I didn't order and they didn't let me know or I wasn't given the cup for it. And then when I asked do burgers come with meat, they told me no but we can add it and it'll only be 5 cents. 5 CENTS. So I said okay for cheese and so did my mom. Turns out it was around 60 cents per slice and for my burger since I had 2 patties they charged for 2 cheese slices without telling me. And plus, they charged me for texasized combo AND large drink which I didn't notice at first. When they gave me my receipt, it only had the price with no details. So I went back to get a detailed receipt. After that, I went back to the register minimum 3 times with all their mistakes. Turns out I paid more than $4 more from what I should. At the end I spent at least 2 hours there waiting for assistance every time, since they spoke Spanish with each other and I didn't understand them. Read moreNo exaggeration when I say they get my order wrong every time I go there. One time the cashier even argued with me about what I ordered. The other day was the last straw. I ordered the double meat with jalapeno n cheese. I was so hungry I just started eating and about half way through the burger I noticed it's single patty. SURPISE SURPRISE. I brought it to the cashier's attention and I received a "sorry about that" and dude just walked away. Then a young lady comes up and asks what's going on and she too just kinda walks away. NO NO NO NO. I asked the young lady to get the manager and she did. The manager gos to the register, gets the difference they overcharged me and just hands it to me in silence.
