Peculiar Medical Clinic — Local services in Peculiar

I just found a form to fill out for my experience at this medical clinic but, itll help others see my experience if it’s on here.

Years ago I had an appointment to figure out why I’m losing my hair at a rapid rate, and the Dr at the time laughed at me for making an appointment for that, and said I guess we can take some blood work. After that I stopped going until last month.

I dropped a piece of metal on the back on my ankle and it was lacerated pretty good. It got infected due to St Luke’s east leaving metal inside the wound, and I was unsure if I should walk on it without knowing if the tendon is cut, or not. There was also definite swelling on my ankle when I came in to peculiar medical clinic. I wanted to know if my tendon was cut. Long story short I was asked if I was just scared to walk on it, and was told to do so little by little, and that’s the reasoning for the swelling is because I’m not using it. But, the Dr wasn’t for sure if my tendon was cut or not. I was told that they would get my X-rays from the hospital which I had to call 3 times to see if they had gotten them. The 3rd time was to let them know it wasn’t worth it now and I never should have been walking on it. The following weekend after that visit my tendon snapped. The Surgeon now has me in a boot until he feels that it’s safe to go through surgery if...

Jackie is great and so are her nurses (thats who we saw) but there is a woman at the front desk that is VERY UNFRIENDLY. Wouldnt listen to my worries about my newborns issues breathing or even let me speak. Everytime I get her shes RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL when it comes to working at the front desk. She is just not built for it. She interupts, voices opinions she shouldnt, amd doesnt even show the slightest care. She literally is the reason im giving the clinic a TWO. She is the one that sets the tone for the clinic and is negative EVERY TIME. When I get the other woman shes nice as can be. Anyways the practice isnt for children because let there be something wrong and you get THIS WOMAN she doesnt care nor will she allow you to speak to a nurse or someone else. My children and Iwill never return now. And now i understand why a nuse said they dont habe children or babies!!!!

There was no waiting. I was taking ahead of schedule. The front desk was very friendly. The nurses were very friendly and very professional and skilled at their job. Dr. Heather Bloesser is a wonderful doctor, I never felt rushed during my visit. Shes easy to talk to and listened attentively to my concerns. She’s very thorough. She took the time to address all my concerns and explained a plan of action. I never felt rushed , I would highly recommend Doctor Bloesser to any of my family or friends.
