Sculptures Day Spa — Local services in Pekin

I have been going here for several years but only a couple times a year because I moved out of the area. The stylist I saw was generally good at color so I kept going. However, she would have me reschedule several times because she overbooked. She would make me pay for full service even though leaving me with wet or unstyled hair because she had booked too many clients. I scheduled an apt and had to reschedule my last apt because of illness and it was 2 days ahead of time. She said I couldn't be a client anymore based off that. It's incredibly unprofessional and when a client is truly only rescheduling bc of children and things they can't help bc of illness you don't just cut them off. Especially when they tipped well with unstyled hair, understood when the stylist rescheduled and drove over 30 minutes for her to do my hair. Its a selfish and immature way of doing business. My daughter went and had a fill done. This is by far the worst nail place ever! She failed to remove all of the teal color and just painted over it which you can see through the white. My daughter is to nice to complain and paid which I would not have done or allowed if I had been there. Don't waste your money ! I wish I could post the photo of how terrible...
