Ashley was seriously the best! As soon as I got there, her and the manager asked what I needed. I was having issues with the chat features on Verizon online. They fixed the issue that was blocking me from switching from t-mobile and immediately told me what the best deals were. I was a Samsung user having to switch to Apple for my new job. As I have never had apple products before, Ashley made me feel comfortable with helping me make decisions getting me the best product but for the best prices. The bundle deal Verizon is offering right now is for exactly what I was needing(iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch) she helped so much with making it easy, and having me pick which cases, and colors. Explained the differences of the pro, pro max etc. downloaded and transferred my phones. Amazing customer service and so welcoming. I went to that other Verizon store first and I couldn’t have been more disappointed!! Told them I was having a problem with my current phone and was interested in a new one. Looked up my plan and said there weren’t any offers unless I switched plans and come back on blank Friday and maybe they would have something to offer!!! That was it!! So i went to the other Verizon store and Robyn bent over backwards to try and fix my current phone. She couldn’t so I upgraded my plan and bought a new phone!! She spent time we me and made everything right!! And she was the only person in there and had several people come in while I was there and still answered their questions or told them she’d give them a call when she was done!! This store really sucks I went in there with my telephone that I fixed myself I just reprogrammed it when I went in the big guy that runs the store I presume he does one thing's for sure he doesn't know anyting he said that it looked like my phone had either gotten wet or the screen was broken. I told him what it happened that I had been in church the morning before and that it was sitting beside me and it was working just fine but when I got home the screen had turned purple he said that Maybe God had something to do with it.
