So me and my husband are new to the vape stuff and I am so happy to have met these wonderful people. They are so kind and helpful. They don’t look or even talk to you like you’re stupid when you ask questions. When I bought my husbands vape for his birthday I asked quite a few questions because I’ve never bought something like that before and they answered everything honestly and explained even the simplest of things. Well today we went in because my husbands new coil wasn’t giving out any flavour and we weren’t sure if he installed it wrong or if he just messed something up since we’re not at all experts, so the amazing workers asked us “what would you like for us to do for you”, just straight out asked what they can do to help. We explained that we weren’t trying to be rude or anything we just weren’t sure if we messed something up and they helped us out and even gave him another coil piece in case his just didn’t work. Best prices in town. Knowledgeable staff. Very friendly also.most shops can't even tell me how something they sell even works. The guy working yesterday blew me away with his customers service skills and knowledge on everything in the shop. I won't give my hard earned money to anywhere else after yesterday's experience was THE BEST I've had at a vape shop ever. I've Been getting ripped off fir a while now until I stumbled on this place. my first visit here was fine, the actual owner is awesome, nice, very knowledgable and helpful....but every single time i have been in there since pretty much ALL of his employees are idiots. None of them have ever been able to help me, none of them know anything about vape products, and don't even know what the hell they are selling. Disappoints me very much cuz I love your guys selection of products. Owner is the only one there that knows anything about vaping. WORD OF ADVICE TO THE OWNER: PLEASE hire people who actually know the products...
