HCR Cabinets & Countertops — Local services in Pelham

I love HCR. No matter the size or the condition of your budget and/or home, every member of their staff strives to manifest your dreams. In 2023, HCR skillfully installed Lennon Granite countertops in my fixer upper. Fast forward to 2024, I begrudgingly sold that home. The buyer made an offer on my old house immediately upon seeing the HCR’s seamless craftsmanship. He didn’t care about all of the other repairs. The joy in buyer’s eyes was priceless. I hated to leave my countertops. So as soon as I closed on my new built in 2024, I called HCR for the same granite. They were nice enough to special order my countertop's unlike the competitors that tend to have less variety on the floor. Kevin did my first deposit free measure in 2023 and 2024. Then a member of the design team emailed me an estimate. Since I was still interested, I then met with Kevin so that I could pick my slab. He is very knowledgeable. As soon as you pick out what you believe is simply pretty, he will tell you the name of the slab and inform you on the pros and cons of that particular material. Only after he has shown you all that they have to offer on the floor, then he will offers you a contract. Unlike certain other companies, HCR will also executed a laser measure at your earliest convenience after you sign the contract. The design team will email you the final estimate with pictures of the way the slab will be cut for your approval. During both projects, the counter installers professionally worked with intent. They took great care to make sure that the slab was level. I loved the way that they clean up behind themselves. Whether it is your first or tenth countertop or cabinets project, you will not go wrong with HCR. They don’t frown upon the ignorant or the expert. My experience with HCR Cabinets has been extremely positive. After I could not find a contractor to renovated my daughter’s kitchen, I started searching the internet for a cabinet company. When I called HCR, the owner, Charlie Hartman, started helping me. He was great. He designed the kitchen, drew up plans and gave me four names of contractors he advised. The cabinets were reasonable priced and appears to be of high quality. The slides and closers are guaranteed for life. Charlie was able to get the cabinets in town 3 weeks after they were ordered. Construction did not start until he had the cabinets. When renovated kitchens, most people complain that waiting for the cabinets is what delays the project most commonly. HCR was extremely helpful in finding us a countertop we liked and the kitchen turned out great. Charlie was always available on his cell phone. He called several times to make sure I was happy with the product. The contractor we picked also did a great job and completed the work a week early and with no additional costs. My wife and I have done two other kitchens over the last 3 years. Those other kitchens used custom cabinets which were significantly more expensive and their production lead time was much longer and there was additional delay in their production. It is unclear to me if the quality is significantly different. About a month after the cabinets were installed, Charlie called to see if we were having any issues with the cabinets. There were not and I told him so. I think his calling was very nice and was appreciated. All and all I am extremely happy with HCR and would be happy to use them again...

HCR Team did an OUTSTANDING job with the design and installation of my laundry-room cabinets. Went above and beyond. Michael who installed my cabinets is an exceptional installer and a delightful human being. He takes great pride in his work by paying close attention to detail. Also, very professional and punctual.

In addition, the project manager (Lily) monitored the project closely and responded to all questions/concerns in a very timely manner. Much appreciated!

Lastly, if you are looking for a company that provides quality design and workmanship but most importantly a honorable business that strive towards excellence in customer service, look no further... Oh did i forget to say, I will HIGHLY recommend HCR to military service buddies/personnel and non-military in the servicing area. Stay "squared away" until next...
