I only visit this Publix when I pop in on my lunch break for a bag of Siete chips. Typically, the cashiers are personable and friendly. However, they don't have self checkout and there were long lines on my last visit there. So, I went to the customer service desk and waited behind an elderly customer so that I could check out my two items. Unfortunately, I do not recall the young lady's name, but she was the most unpleasant Publix associate I have ever come across at any Publix store I have ever been to in Alabama or in Georgia. No eye contact, no greeting, no thank you at the end of the encounter, so in other words, she did not provide any semblance of GET. Not only is it minutes away from my apartment AND my work, it also happens to be located on my route home from work, so my husband & I can stop by Publix and pick up groceries on our way home. There's also a couple of great restaurants located in this shopping center.
