Came in to get the battery in my truck replaced.

The 2 guys that did it were quick, professional and knowledgeable; it was all the more commendable because the computer flat out said the battery was hard to replace. One of the guys was even wearing a medical boot for a leg injury and still worked on replacing the battery.

Even better, they did it on a day that was literally freezing with high winds and snow and ice on the ground in the parking lot and did not complain at all.

Highly recommend and will personally consider O’Reilly’s my first choice for...

The battery light came on while traveling. I narrowed it down to either the battery or alternator. I was able to get the battery, and drive the car to the store after the battery light returning. When I pulled up, and poped the hood CJ meet me at the door with the tester. Upon testing we determined the alternator had gone bad as well. I had a fine experience, but an older man walked in wanting his fuses checked because his lights had gone out and he couldnt see well enough to check himself. The male employee refused to even take a look saying it was close to his lunch time and the other guy in the store was too busy (the older guy and us (buying tape) were the only people in the store).
