This was the best helicopter tour ever! Very professional team, and they make you feel very confortable and at ease. Since the pick up at our apartment, the short trip to the aerodrome was very nice and our driverwas very friendly, explaining every detail about the surroundings and about the tour we were going to do. When we arrived, we met the pilot and they explained the detail of the flight and the options we had. All very friendly, professional and make you feel that this tour was all about you, thay you were there to wnjoy it. The tour was just the two of us and the pilot on an brand new helicopter. That made us feel special and helped to enjoy more the tour, because our pilot was constantly speaking with us and explaining the surroundings and points of interest to us. On the special points he would get closer, go slower or tell us in advance where to look or point the camera. All togethet was a beautifull and amazing experience. Pretty much got robbed for $120.00 My wife and I paid for a "Miami Skyline Tour" with DOORS OFF. We received the cheaper "Miami Beach Tour" and pilot refused to take doors off. When we asked why we did not get the right tour the pilot only said it was HIS BAD. He offered $50 refund on the $120 difference and never even refunded the $50. Make sure your pilot knows what and where he should go. This would have been a 5* review if we received what we paid for as this ride was amazing.

-EDIT- The owner responded and said he refunded the full amount which is a lie. The transaction is no longer pending in my account and $0.00 has been refunded.

-FINAL EDIT- After posting these reviews i was finally issued a partial refund at about 2/3 the difference between the flight i recieved and the fight i paid for. Horrible ! I paid $474.14 for a private helicopter tour from 7:00pm-7:40pm on September 4. I had the hold day planned out for my girlfriend 30th birthday. Because of hurricane Dorian I rescheduled it for September 5th (The next day) from 7:00pm-7:40pm. I even called on the 4th to confirm the flight on the 5th and have the confirmation email to prove it !! Me and my girlfriend get to the airport 6:40pm. No pilot in sight. One of the worker “Jose” stated the pilot was in the Bahamas helping because of the hurricane and would be here any second. It’s now 7:10pm, me and my girlfriend decided to leave at 7:30pm !!! No call, no email, no text message. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ! Ruined my girlfriend birthday. We left the airport never even laying eyes on the pilot ! I texted him with a screenshot of the confirmation email.....still nothing...
