I have no complaints about the unit or the customer service. I started renting the unit a year ago at $100 per month. After 6 or so months it went up to $200 a month. I did call and they were nice enough to come down to $168.30 per month ( this includes insurance. ) Now here it is a year later and the amount has gone up to $287.50 per month. So in a years time they have almost tripled the price. I'm sorry but in my opinion that's a bit excessive so I will now be looking for another storage facility by months end. UPDATE: Got a phone call about the price hike. Like I said. I have no complaints about the customer service. Amazing again. Was given a discount and I couldn't be happier. I was all set to start packing up but I'm staying with Extra Space. Thanks again...
