absolutely horrible internet service. grossly overcharges for the very spotty DSL they provide. on top of that, the connection drops out very regularly with absolutely NO strain on the internet - no big downloads, no high-definition streaming, just very typical usage. they would be out of business if they didn't have what amounts to a monopoly over a good portion of their service area. the folks who work at the desk or in tech support may very well be "nice", but that in no way excuses some of the most shoddy utility services i have dealt with in my...

Overpriced, spotty service, bad office hours, non-existent upload speeds. The staff is friendly, but honestly with the time they have had in the area with a functional monopoly they could have done better but they didn't. Also they are closed on the weekends so if you need something that the rent-a-call center cannot help you with, well..... good luck maybe try sending your messages over carrier pigeon I hear they are more reliable...
