2nd update... Its now March and I've left messages weekly of not more for a return call from the store Manager, he's never called. So now it's been 5 months and still never got the $500 visa. I called Verizon but since it was done at a 3rd party store it has to be taken care of there. If I could give this place negative starts it would be a negative 10 because they are liars, crooks, and thieves. I'm honestly considering calling the BBB. Update... The sales rep Ray didn't even submit my rebate like he told me to get the $500 visa card, nor did he give me a promo code to do it on the website. So now it's been 10 weeks, I contact Verizon only to have them tell me it was never submitted so I have to wait all over... This guy honestly wasted 8 hours of my time, lied to me about 2 phones being in stock, and now this. 😒
They should really tell people they are not an actual Verizon store. If you have issues with an order or upgrade the Verizon corporate stores can't help. Why advertise as Verizon if you aren't in fact 100% Verizon. They name on the building should be Cellular Sales an authorized Verizon dealer not Verizon. Customer service was aweful. Complete...
Read moreI went into the store to upgrade my phone. The salesperson (Devin) could not figure out how to use the device dollars that I had saved up. He informed me that I could call customer service and use them, but this was not the case. He kept reprograming the phone thus giving me multiple upgrade charges. In addition, I was charged a $40 setup fee in the store. I assumed that this was my upgrade fee. It was not. Its an added fee that Cellular Sales charges in addition to Verizon's $35 fee. I was not explained this at all until I called Verizon. Lastly, he tried to tell me the phone had a bundle package with a case and screen protector. Yea they add that on for an additional $100 while you can get the same case and screen protector for $30 at Walmart. Save yourself the time and the $40 added fee and go to an actual Verizon store not a Cellular Sales location (especially...
