I had a custom built computer have issues booting up and needed diagnostic/troubleshooting. I searched online in my area for places to troubleshoot, but not many looked like what I was looking for. I stumbled upon Pensacola Computers and gave them a call. The moment I made a phone call, I received a call back after leaving a voice mail within a few minutes to schedule an appointment. As soon as we talked over the phone, I knew I was in good hands. Fast forward a couple days, I went over to Jeff's home office and he was able to not only assist me and find out what's wrong - but also went above and beyond and went out of his way to show me how to fix things myself at home. He helped me out big time and was the most wholesome down-to-earth person I've met in this type of industry. His prices are way more than fair than anything else in the area, and knows his stuff! By far the best technical support and repair service I've ever received. I managed to hose my Windows 11 installation, and Jeff went way out of his way to fix it. It was great to watch him work through the issue, and it turned out to be a problem he had never seen in his decades of experience, but he walked through step by step, explained to me what was going on and what the problem was, and very soon the whole problem was resolved. He knew everything about everything, from reconfiguring the BIOS to setting up Windows itself, and he even took extra time to help with a hardware problem, which I never knew was occurring, to help speed up the computer. Then he went above and beyond again by showing me several things in Windows to improve productivity, which I can see already is going to be a really big help with my work. Spoke to Jeff Monday morning and made appt for that afternoon. Went over issues with laptop and while I was there he looked up replacement keyboard online. He found a reasonable priced item with short delivery time and placed order. I decided to leave laptop with him, as I live in Jay and it was a long trip, I was surprised by a call the next day that part came in and lap top working perfectly. Not only did he only charge the price of the part plus $15 for cleaning (laptop over 3 yrs old had never been cleaned - was filthy under keyboard) and replacing part but he also offered advise on keeping it up and running. The price was great and Jeff's people skills are excellent. When I was there, he had several calls come through, but he did not take a single one, instead concentrating on the client in front of him.
