3:50PM So. Let me start off by saying. It's the lady working the store today that deserves a 1-star review. The guy that runs the place; 5-Star service every single time. 10/10. However. The lady that was working today was on the phone... And I get it. You're there all day, the store is clean. The make line looks fresh and kept up. Fantastic. I shouldn't have to stare at you while you have this personal conversation on your cell phone. Granted, she tried to say, 'I need to call you back'. Then, continues to have this conversation while I wait for her to finish. She's giving answers and asking questions. I don't complain, I don't get aggressive, I just wait. She never apologized, she never made any effort to show that she cared about holding me up. So, I make my order, I get my food. I don't tip. I leave. As soon as I talk to the manager, I'll change this review to a 5-Star. Because that's what this store and He deserves. I mean, he gets bored too, I come in later in the evenings, he's on his phone, doing whatever, yunno, I GET IT. But the moment I walk in, it's about the customer. Exactly how it should be. If I drive by and see that white RAV4, I'm gonna keep driving. No need to get that kinda service again. Shout out to the manager, you're awesome. Can't wait to get another sub...
Read moreI ordered online to be picked up at 5 pm on Barrancas Pensacola Florida at the Subway. I ordered 2 half subs and a tuna salad. When I got there to pick up, no one was in the front. A man leaned from the back said take it and go. No hello, no interaction. I took my bag home and when I opened my salad, I saw that what I ordered was not what I got. I asked for less onions and less green peppers. What I got was extra of both and to top it off, NO LETTUCE!! The first picture is what I took out of my salad (ha ha) and the second and third picture show what I ordered. I normally wouldn't complain but this has happened for the last 3 times I ordered from there. The people that are working there now (owners?) are unpleasant and unfriendly. Read moreThis subway has always been a favorite of mine due to its location. Though when I was about to pay for my order and the subway attendant was packing my cookies in the bag I literally saw a fly in the cookie container! A fly! Immediately I pointed it out to the subway attendant and said nevermind about the cookies and another attendant she said "Yeah since there is a fish store next door then flies come inside sometimes". Sadly that is the last time I will visit this location I just hope they got rid of all those cookies that were in the cookie bin. It's such a shame because the cookies fresh out the oven. The customer service of this location is always great and the food and atmosphere up until now has always been good.
