Ok first off⊠big flavor and great customer service. I would go back in a heart beat even with a 50 min drive to get here. Yes itâs worth it.
Youâll find that itâs a little restaurant off in the corner of a shopping strip not too far from the Naval Base.
There is plenty of parking as I saw during what normally is peak time during Saturday for most people dining out.
The staff was attentive and also laid back so it made the experience very cozy and inviting.
On to best part! The foooood! Ok the Vietnamese coffee was fantastic ! I also ordered Pho and asked for the chili oil sauce amongst the basic things I would use were all present on the table. I also ordered the little Vietnamese pancakes with shrimp which isnât something you normally see at Viet restaurants! I was pleasantly surprised and found that they were delicious like the ones Iâve had before. Oh and the spring rolls as an appetizers was a no brainer along with the egg fried rice as an additonal side. My spouse got the steam shrimp with the house special and that was a treat as it reminded her of back home where Viet /cajun style crawfish and seafood back home is our main go to. Everything was fresh and prepared in a timely manner.
Being from a major city that has such a huge Vietnamese population I was on guard about any Viet place in west Florida tasting good and I have to say Iâm impressed. Iâll make this place somewhere I would frequent Forsure! I look forward to having the bahn mi next!
This place is a gem so go here and try some...
Read moreBlazin Casian Kitchen is exactly what this neighborhood neededâgood food, good vibes, and a place that feels like home. From the moment you walk in, youâre treated like family. The warm, welcoming atmosphere is as amazing as the food itself, and trust me, the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD.
First off, Vietnamese pancakesâhow did I go my whole life without these?! Crispy, golden perfection filled with fresh ingredients and paired with dipping sauce thatâs pure magic. If you havenât tried these yet, youâre seriously missing out.
And then thereâs the Shrimp PoâBoy, which is honestly a masterpiece. The perfectly fried shrimp with the zing of Chin Su and the creaminess of Kewpie mayo? Itâs like a flavor explosion in every bite. Blazin Casian takes the best of Cajun and Vietnamese cuisine and creates something truly special.
This spot isnât just about foodâitâs about community. Itâs the kind of place where you can bring your friends, your family, or just yourself and feel right at home. Pensacola has been waiting for something like this, and now itâs here.
Donât waitâget over to Blazin Casian Kitchen FAST. This is the kind of food and atmosphere that doesnât just satisfy, it...
Read moreStopped by during last minute holiday shopping since they were open, and we had a great meal. The whole place is very clean and neat, and the coffee is out of this world. The pho broth was one of the most aromatic and delicious I've ever tasted, with a great portion and price to boot. The brisket was tender, usually my least favorite toppings. The meatballs were a little less bouncy than I like, but also delicious. The shaken beef was very tender and flavorful, though I wanted some more vegetables to balance out the meat and rice. The Banh Khot were also delicious, though I quite missed the added herbs, veggies, and other textures from the larger Banh Xeo. Also wish there was a little more Viet-Cajun on the menu. Overall though, we're looking forward to...
