I went to the Warrington office this morning to get a title for my car that was recently paid off. Upon entering the office I observed probably 100 people waiting for some type of service. At first it was a little confusing as to what I needed to do as there was no one directing anyone what they needed to do. After I asked an employee what I needed to do she directed me to a computer to register. After registering I received a text message asking me to confirm that I was there. Within a couple of minutes I heard over the speaker to go to window 11. Renay greeted me in a very polite manner. I explained what I needed and she was very polite and explained what I needed to provide for her to complete the transaction. I provided my drivers license and she processed everything. I would like to recognize Renay for her efficient and great service. In and out in less than 15 minutes....

I waited 3 1/2 hrs for the text to come through, āyou have reached the front of the lineā. Traffic was crazy and I needed lots more time. As Iām pulling up, the text that says āgo to window 8ā. Im so happy to have made it just in time, and in one piece, that I go prancing up to the window⦠only to find that I was in the wrong place⦠long story short⦠Teresa was amazing. She helped me figure it out. She certainly didnāt have to. She was above and beyond the average level of standards here. This world would be a lot better off if we had more people going out of their way to help those like me; silly; disorganized; easily amused people showing up at the wrong windows. Thanks lady, you...

They text you what time to be in the parking lot and sit and wait for your turn. Beware though I was there for 3 hours because even though I was in front of the doors I got skipped and put at the back of the line and had to mention it to the lady that they didn't call my name because I was right there and no one has my name and they didn't call me. Then as I'm waiting inside the lobby I got skipped again. But the lady at the front door made it right and brought me right back and took care of me.
