Bam Coffee — Restaurant in Pensacola

Been here twice now and received the wrong order both times. Also, I have never been so stressed trying to order a coffee. Honestly, I dont understand it. I have a simple order (I even called my wifes friend who owns a coffee shop and checked to make sure it wasnt a difficult or weird order). 12 oz whole milk latte with 3 shots and no flavor. Both times ive been there i get looked at like im from outter space. Baristas are Trying to figure out what size is 12 oz. Explaining to me that they only accommodate double shots, which is fine. Not having whole milk. Also fine. Im really not a picky person and Im very polite. Im ok with whatever adjustments need to be made, but these people just do not make it easy. Its tough to explain without just saying you know a weird and unnecessarily stressful experience when youre in one. Stopped by this morning for the first time after dropping off my kids at school and these girls were wonderful, and the coffee was amazing. Got a quad shot breve iced mocha and it was so good! It's rare that a shop actually uses large cups for coffee or puts more than 2 shots in any sized iced drink, but the standard was 4 shots in the large which is UNHEARD OF and I hope they never change. I'll definitely be filling out my punch card because this place was delicious and is probably some of the best coffee I've had in Pensacola. (Including alla prima, jitterbug, craft, and bodacious.) Really good lattes/coffee, BUT if you’re expecting speedy service in the drive thru, I’d HIGHLY recommend to go somewhere else. I waited in the drive thru for 21 minutes before I even got to the ordering window. There were two cars in front of me. Took another 6 minutes to get two toasted bagels. Just seems pretty long for a drive thru. Overall almost 30 minutes to get food and coffee. Probably should have planned for a sit down restaurant at that point.
