The Old Mill Fall Fest — Local services in Peotone

The Peotone Historical Society has really been working hard to spruce the mill up. The gardens look great, lots of pollinators in the summer and fall. Although the outside of the mill needs help (we are always looking for donations), the inside has come a long way in 18 months. There’s lots of historic Peotone items on display, along with souvenir items for purchase, including post cards, t-shirts, shot glasses and koozies. Its nice because it historic,but how long until the Windmill collapses to the ground? Idk why our town won't up keep it better to preserve the history and story behind the windmill tho... The fest is kid friendly which is a plus...
