From before we even walked into the building we were set off to have a good experience. There was an incredibly nice spirited man outside to direct us in. When we were seated we were greeted by a phenomenal waitress named Kristeen. She was incredibly well versed and knowledgeable in regards to every single thing about the restaurant. There was not a single question we asked that she didn’t immediately know the answer to. She was on top of everything and gave great recommendations and opinions as well as just having a great personality. Food was delicious and incredibly cheap, we were shocked when we got the check back and how cheap it was. The head cook Lori came out to give us the food herself and was very nice and pleasant. Cool atmosphere for sports fans. Everywhere struggles with staffing, which is understandable. So we are always patient. Just annoying when you send an item back for a mistake and have to be told by the server and the food runner that you're wrong, when you had other table members confirm the mistake 🙃🙄. Totally unprofessional to argue with a paying customer numerous times. I've been there handful of times and had no issue until now. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt but please don't argue with a customer, it's unprofessional and rude. I was not rude or anything. Just don't want to get sick 🤢...

Great food once you actually get it! Took 50 min there just to get an appetizer. When asked about it at the 30 minute mark I was told everyone ordered food so it’ll be a little bit. Got all our food in an hour and a half. It was not that busy either so there is no reason for this.
