I didn’t know any terminology, but after showing the clerk photos of the issue, he handed me the exact part I needed and told me in very easy instructions how to replace the broken plug with the new one. They returned my phone!!!!! This is a non-sales experience but talks about the You may be wondering why am I putting a picture of my phone. Well, let me tell you.....I lost the phone on Friday. Walking into this place is like walking back in time to the 70s, right down to the ancient cash register. Things are semi-organized, but you are better off asking for what you want, unless you're like me, a geek for all things tech and want to look at every item in the store to see if an idea for a project gets sparked.
