“Service dead-zone” my a--! 😤 I had to leave the store between each communication on an Instacart order just to get my messages to come in or go out. 🛒📱

The cashier said, “Oh, if you’re Instacart, here’s the password so that doesn’t happen.” So you admit to gatekeeping your store and making it harder for gig economy workers to do their job unless it’s on YOUR terms?? 🧐💼 Shady, shady boots. 👢

I have the password saved now, but if it weren’t for work, this location would DEFINITELY have lost my business. 👎💔

I stopped after work to shop. I used the self scan, an item scanned twice, so I turned and asked the employee that was sitting and scanning if someone could help that I scanned something twice, she looked at me and half nodded. I finished scanning my other items. No one comes, I turned and waited until the sitting employee acknowledged me, ( she had began scanning someone else) I said I asked for help a few minutes ago. She said I'll get it and continued scanning. I left my bagged groceries I bagged myself since the sitting employee did not want to help me or get someone...

I did my first and ONLY online order with this location and my experience was trashy to say the least. Most of my oder was missing even though I was charged for ALL of it, including the 11 missing items. That's aside from the few things they just didnt have, no biggie but charging me for what you didnt give me is messy. It's been a hassle to get my money back and trying to get into contact with anyone at the store in next to impossible. Will not go back and don't recommend doing...
