my experience with this store was fabulous the manager Heather is amazing and has great customer service and great taste she is a great sales and helped me get a new purse that I had just purchased in February when I opened it this morning, the zipper broke which is not coach quality having been a customer for at least 20 years now. Heather, Joel and Lucas rock! Best team in customer service sales. I have had the pleasure of working with to rectify my zipper issue. I was given a new purse as I have to testify in a trial soon, and cannot go without a purse even though I have a collection, this is my newest one and wanted to go to trial with it around my shoulder as I love it, the purse I purchased! Heather was able to assist me in getting a new purse instead of having it repaired as I would've had to wait a long time to get my purse back so after I called customer service in the store, she gave the go ahead to allow me to grab a new purse, the same purse off the rack and walk away with it, I love coach. I love the staff at the outlet and there's so many delightful new products coming out that Lucas, Heather and Joel showed me. I am definitely going back there and have been there in the past and I've always had a wonderful experience. I don't know why people give them four star reviews or less. They are a five star customer service team thank you team Petaluma coach store! You went above and beyond for me and thank you to customer service. I will remain a diehard fan and collector for the rest of my life because of the experiences, and this specific experience shopping, and fixing my issues with my brand new purse. Super disappointing. Drove 4 hours and made a special visit to see if they would accommodate an exchange of a purchase I made in June. I bought a wallet online which ended up being a little smaller than I thought. Being i lived so far from a coach, it made it challenging to return. Thinking stores still like to keep customers happy, I'd hope to at least be able to upgrade since it had never been used and they still carried the same wallet. WRONG! The first sales girl i asked about the exchange had blue hair and was rude, she had NO intention of maintaining a repeat customer experience. I asked for another sales lady named Alyssa who actually had send an follow-up email from a prior purchase which was useless too. Neither people had any intention of making any accommodations to satisfy the situation. EXTREMELY disappointing. Guess it's time to buy LVs. Will not continue to support that...

Came to this store because me and my visitors from UK want to buy stuff. But unfortunately the ladies are not accommodating and talking behind you. The scenario is I was trying to buy a sandals when I told them if they have a new stock because it was torn and dirty definitely will not buy a $70 dollars sandals I ask if they do something about to make it worth it.
