Michael Kors in Petaluma.Went in to the store today and wanted to return a luggage set my husband had gotten me for Christmas.It just wasnât me.So Jessica the lady helping us told me that because my return was 700.Hundred dollars that she had no cash in the register so I would need to wait there till the end of the day .I told her I would not be waiting 7 hours and we payed in cash. Jessica said she needed to talk to LP to figure out what to do. Then about 10 minutes later comes back and said that a check has to be mailed out because thatâs the policy.so I ask about what she had said about waiting till end of day .But said she didnât know what the real policy was.I will never go back there again rude ladyâs .To top it off she gave some made up number for her boss .I would say never never spend your money there.    Read moreI have been here last Saturday very very Poor services a lot of employees BUT no one & nobody say hi to us we was taking pictures and walk around almost 20 minutes We had to us employees to help we need to pay for the bags we spend over six hundred cash Since we shopping all MK store never ever happened like this store. Other store the employees was very nice & sweet , today weâre going to MK store at Livermore the employees come to us with a beautiful & wonderful service This store just open not that long howâs service like this I will tell all my friends and family NOT to shopping here . I went to go pay and to my surprise all the purchases that I was making was double the amount although the tags that were on the purses themselves stated One price a second representative came up and said that those were the incorrect prices.
