I recently visited store and had a very upsetting experience with one of your cashiers. My baby began to cry while I was at counter, and to my shock, the cashier told me to take my baby outside the store if I wanted to be serviced. She claimed that my baby’s cries were hurting her ears, which, quite frankly, is one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard.
Not only is this request unreasonable and insensitive, but it also shows a complete lack of understanding and compassion for parents. To expect me to leave my baby outside the store is not just impractical, but also unsafe! This incident has made it clear to me that this location is not kid-friendly and lacks basic customer service etiquette.
